The Halloween party disaster in South Korea got even worse with the death toll rising to over 150 deaths with 2 Americans who died as well. 100,000 plus travelers came and crowded the streets of Itaewon neighborhood not knowing the crowd size will ultimately become deadly for such a small area of the party goers.
