Following Walmarts foot steps, Jc Penny is testing a new sales method. By having greeters by the door from noon to 2 pm in stores in the northeast region. Even Home Depot has greeters at the front doors when you enter, but from what I have experience, it doesn’t really help.

Greeters just greet, not sure how it increases sales, hence, a test method by Jc Penny that might work, and most likely may not. Walmart is known for greeters, Jc Penny however, I just do it see it lasting as long as they might wish. But anything to increase retail sales for tough holiday season coming ahead.
