Amazon.com ranks number 1 in customer service this year, for me, I am not shocked, I am a customer at amazon and their customer service is golden. From their tracking and shipping, to responding to emails, their fast response time is what gets them ahead of the customer service game. Rapid response will get the retail consumers liking you the online business even more.
Amazon’s had a seasonal job fair in Tennesse for the holiday season. Up to 2,000 applicant’s showed up for a part in getting a job for amazon . Even though it is seasonal, any paycheck would help the applicants who are jobless and still looking for any job.

Online shoppers are rejoicing when it comes to customer service, it seems that online retailer Amazon has come out trumps when it comes to servicing its customers. Whether it be via Twitter, Facebook, their corporate websites, or the phone support or in person, they ranked 1-2-3 in customer interaction, according to a new research report published by market researcher Temkin Group. Temkin Experience Ratings are based on over 6,000 U.S. consumers who had recent interactions with over 143 major U.S. companies in a dozen industries. Most companies were shocked and left looking rather embarrassed when they ranked in the lower 16% ratings where the service was deemed “adequate” the 2011 survey revealed.
Facebook will now sell Amazon giftcards on their website and you can send that
giftcard directly to anyone on Facebook as a gift. This will not ony boost Amazon
sales, but other online retailers will jump on this bandwagon from what I can
see.
