Alcatel-Lucent Chairman and ceo gone

Since the mergers of Alcatel-Lucent, things haven’t looked up
for this great company. From posting 1.7 billion dollar
quarterly loss. Quarterly revenues were down 5.2% to 6.5
billion dollars, slowing economic conditions could also
hurt their sales goals for coming months. I think from
changing management, it won’t really improve much, some
major changes need to happen in their overall business
practice for the company to profit better.

Buying car insurance by yourself?

If you are looking to buy any kind of car insurance on your own,
do alot of car shopping. Call many car insurance companies to
find out who are the best. Some cars are cheaper with
some insurance while other’s are not. Car insurance rates
depends mostly on your car and your past driving history.
If you have a nice driving record with no tickets or accidents,
most likely you will get a car insurance rate that you will love.
But do shop around for rates, the more you look, the better
deal you will get.

How to run a good retail business with a passion

To run any kind of a retail business, you have to have a drive.
A drive of passion, doesn’t matter how much you fail in the
business you love, you work as hard as you can, so if you
do fail, you have no regrets. These days, all kinds
of retail stores are closing down, maybe they lack
focus or a drive on keep going. One book I do highly recommend
is Sam walton’s book, ” Made in America”. It’s a great book
about how Sam Walton made walmart the biggest retailer in the
world. Even if you aren’t in retail, this book is a great
motivation if you are starting any business. Check it out at
your local bookstores, or you can click the link for a great
deal.

Stronge sales in june for the retail sector

Stronge sales in june for the retail sector

Retailers posted strong sales in june due to tax rebates and great items for sale for the month of june. I am assuming more good sales ratios as retailers will lure even more customers in with massive sale discounts as retailers need to move their products for the upcoming fall season.
